Our team of associates is led by Joe Hughes who draws on a wealth of ideas and expertise gained from extensive experience in Ireland (both North and South), England, Scotland, North America and Southern Africa where he has worked in Retail, Hotels, Restaurants, Contract Catering, Industrial Catering, Tourism and Management Consulting.

Throughout a career spanning more than thirty five years, Joe has shown an ongoing commitment to the growth and development of the Hospitality Industry through service as Officer on both the Irish and British professional bodies for Hospitality Management. For six years he served as Council Member and National President of the Irish Hotel and Catering Institute (IHCI) and for nine years as Committee Member and Branch Chairman of the Hotel and Catering International Management Association (HCIMA, Northern Ireland Branch).

Having worked on eight opening projects within Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Joe has positively translated his strengths into successful business projects that bear the hallmark of his stamp and style.

Lifelong learning is his personal passion and he is currently reading part time for a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology.
